Return & Replacement Policy

At DesiThreads, every product is made specially for each order through our Print-on-Demand process. Because of this, we maintain a strict return and replacement policy to ensure fairness and product quality.

Returns Are Accepted Only In The Following Cases

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • The product received has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design was delivered by our side
  • The print quality is defective or significantly different due to a production issue

To process such requests, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue
  • Order ID and registered contact details

Without proper proof, return/replacement requests may not be approved.

Returns Are NOT Accepted For

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Customer does not like the design/color/fabric after receiving the product
  • Size issues caused by incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Slight color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences
  • Personal preference-based dissatisfaction
  • Orders placed during special sale/discount/offer periods (unless damaged or incorrect product received)

Since each item is custom-made, such cases are considered non-returnable.

Size Exchange Policy

Customers are strongly advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

We do not offer free returns for incorrect size selection made by the customer.

If a size exchange is requested and approved, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

COD charges, shipping charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the product enters production, cancellation is no longer possible because the item is made specifically for your order.

Final Decision

DesiThreads reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after proper inspection.

Our decision will be final in cases involving misuse of the return policy or insufficient proof.
